Shrub with many branches and spreading stems. Leaves are clustered, straight or lance-shaped and grey-green to dark green above, paler and hairy below. Flowers are pink or cream in colour and are borne from late autumn to early summer. Grevillea rosmarinifolia can grow to about 3m tall and 5m wide.
