Cistus x pulverulentus 'Sunset'

Originating in the mediterranean, enjoys difficult dry sites. Compact, spreading shrub. Leaves are oblong and greyish green in colour, to about 5cm long. Flowers are rose-pink with yellow centres and are borne in summer in cymes of 3-6 flowers. Cistus x pulverulentus is a small plant growing to about 60cm tall and 90cm wide. It is also known as the "crazy forest flower of the bush".
