Application form

Thanks for deciding to add your product or service to the Smart Approved WaterMark portfolio. Please ensure you have everything in the checklist below before you progress.

Checklist

  • Check your product fits one of the categories
  • Check the 4 criteria and ensure you have all the evidence listed in ‘How to apply’
  • Ready your product details and photographs
  • Ensure you have details for two personal references

Important Information

Make sure you complete all the sections of the Application Form and be sure to read the Terms and Conditions of the Smart Approved WaterMark program before you submit your application. Please note, you will not be able to save any information in this application until you complete the Contact Details section.

Supporting documentation should not exceed 15 A4 Pages. If more pages are submitted only the first 15 will be considered. Documents should be PDF files.

The decision of the Expert Panel is final and no further correspondence will be entered into, as the deliberations of the Expert Panel are confidential.

The Application Fee is not refundable.
