There are plenty of ways to save water around the home, including re-using greywater, harvesting rainwater, timing showers, and ensuring efficient plumbing.
The Smart WaterMark scheme has approved the GreenPlumber (national) Enviroplumber (NSW) training schemes as services that will help reduce water consumption around the home. For more details of Smart WaterMark approved home products click on the icons on the right of this page.

TIP
You can also save water around the home by choosing water efficient appliances. The Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (WELS) Scheme is the indoor sister scheme to the Smart WaterMark. Choosing products with a higher star rating will help you conserve water.
